Featured Project
Commissioning — Kaduna State
The client, a growing fabrication workshop, needed to upgrade from manual hand tools to a fully mechanized production floor capable of precision turning, milling, and heavy-duty metal forming — without halting existing operations during the transition.
Our SolutionOur founding engineer sourced five core machines direct from his OEM partner factory — a heavy-duty lathe, universal milling machine, and 200-ton hydraulic press — customised to 415V site power. Our engineering team phased the installation around the client's existing production schedule, completed full electrical commissioning, and trained 8 workshop technicians.
The OutcomeHe did not just deliver machines — he delivered a functioning production line. From the first site visit to the final handover, every phase was handled with engineering precision we had not seen from any local integrator before.
